Warranty Policy:
All Wild 1 Inc. products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
*Gouges, scratches and rust do to lack of care are not considered manufacturing defects.
Powder Coated bars are warrantied for 1 year from purchase date.
*A Return Authorization Number is
required on all Wild 1 Inc. products.
(RA# must be displayed on returned package).
*The
Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or refund,
but only
that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim.
* Warranted products returned without RA # will be refused and redirected back to the shipper.
*All warranties must be accompanied with proof of purchase.
*Our limited lifetime warranty covers only original purchaser of Wild 1 Inc. products.
*Any alteration made to Wild 1 Inc. products void warranty!
Improper installation will void all warranty.
*Claims for missing, incorrect, lost or damaged items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
*A Return Authorization Number will
be required on all returns to Wild 1 Inc.
(RA# must be displayed on returned
package).
*Products returned without RA # will be refused and redirected back to the shipper.
*A 10% restocking fee may be charged to the customer for returned merchandise.
If the customer decides to exchange for a different Wild 1 Inc. product, then the restocking fee may be waved.
*All returned merchandise is subject
to inspection.
Any damaged product
returned to Wild 1 Inc. is subjected to a re-chroming fee or refusal of
return.
*All returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
*Blemished handle bars are sold as is and are not returnable.
