It is easy to run control wiring with bars mounted on the bike and there
is less chance you
will scratch the chrome finish. If you run wiring with
bars on workbench, be sure to place them on a very
soft cloth.
On FXSTD DEUCE MODELS the wire loom plastic cover is very thick
and loose and will not
feed through bars easy, remove plastic cover and
use new heat shrink tubing to cover wires. This is easy to do and
heat
shrink can be purchased at your local electronics or hardware store.
