RE: WILD 1 INC. NEW PRICING.
The cost of quality US steel has continued to skyrocket over the past two years, the cost of nickel used in the
chrome plating process has more than doubled as have polishing supplies right along with everything else we
use to make top quality products here in the USA. Even so we have maintained our prices for the past two
years, now unfortunately we are forced to increase the prices on Wild 1 Chubby® Bars. New prices on bars
reflect less than a 10 percent increase and though the cost of aluminum has gone up substantially we have not
raised our prices on those products or others this year.
Good news is that we have continued to produce the highest quality 1.25” bars available and in addition we
have strived to enhance our products in order to provide the absolute best bang for the buck. Chubby® Bars
are now being made to work with hydraulic clutch controls and nearly all custom controls without modification,
controls can be rotated and positioned on both sides for optimum comfort, plus wire holes in bar ends have
been increased in size for ease of installation. A few models have not yet made the transition, so if you do
have a hydraulic clutch please specify when ordering. Following are new prices that will go into effect on
10-01-06.

In keeping with our dedication to supply our valued customers with the highest quality products at the best price,
we have not increased our prices since January 2002. To maintain prices we absorbed various cost increases in
materials along with the increased cost of doing business we have all incurred. Most importantly, when the price
of high quality domestic made steel tubing jumped in November '03 and continued to drastically rise in January of this
year we moved fast to secure and stockpile enough to last several months, otherwise we would have been forced
to raise prices back in February.
As you may be aware, the price of materials we use to manufacture our products have continued to skyrocket
through the year. The cost of high quality US made steel tubing has gone up over 110% since November '03 and we've
been notified there will be another increase in October '04, with every indication more will follow. In addition, the
cost of nickel used in the chrome plating process has increased substantially and will likely continue to rise, along
with the various other materials and supplies we use.
We won't buy low quality, cheap materials to produce our products and therefore prices have gove up. You can be
assured that we will continue to supply superior quality products along with customer service and support that is
second to none.
